Boris Milošević is a SAP consultant with over 20 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management projects for global enterprise clients. As the founder of LifeLine Consulting and an exclusive SAP Cloud ALM partner, he has led implementations for companies such as Saudi Aramco, Fresenius, Total Energies, and Enersys — across industries ranging from oil & gas to pharmaceuticals and retail.
Boris Milošević is the founder and principal consultant of LifeLine Consulting d.o.o., based in Zagreb, Croatia. Specializing in SAP Cloud ALM, Focused Build, Solution Manager, and Signavio, Boris brings over two decades of experience delivering complex ALM projects for enterprise organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Through engagements with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, KAUST, Fresenius, Qiagen, Neptune Energy, Mercadona, Enersys, and others, he has built a reputation for combining methodological precision with deep business process understanding. His core expertise spans Signavio–Cloud ALM integration, GxP validation processes in pharmaceuticals, and release and change management strategy.
Boris has collaborated with partners including SAP AG, Accenture, Hewlett Packard, TCS, and Kyndryl. He holds certifications in Agile Project Delivery with Focused Build (SAP AG, Walldorf) and SAP Cloud ALM implementation.
